CHARLIE BROWN
Charlie Brown is an 8 1/2-year-old boy and the main character in a long running popular comic book “the peanuts”
Lovable loser, means well, tries hard but often fails at things which cause him to lose hope
He fails so much that he’s teased by Lucy (his best friend)
They call him failure face
Despite Lucy’s teasing, Charlie goes to her for not so helpful advice
He is smart, and good at certain things
He makes an effort in romance
He goes through a lot of rejection and bad luck.
LUCY
Lucy: Charlie brown’s best friend
She is the most complex character
Stubborn, loud and even violent
Most opponent character
She opened a psychiatry booth where she gives nothing but brutal and obvious advice
She gets angry when she doesn’t get what she wants.

Charles Monroe "Sparky" Schulz, was an American cartoonist and creator of the comic strip Peanuts. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential cartoonists of all time.
PEANUTS
Peanuts is a syndicated daily and Sunday American comic strip written and illustrated by Charles M. Schulz that ran from October 2, 1950, to February 13, 2000, continuing in reruns afterward.
SALLY
Sally: Charlie brown’s brother
She was Charlie’s responsibility as a new born and toddler
She can be good-hearted, funny, friendly, cute but she can also be lazy, ignorant, greedy and insecure.
LINUS
Linus: incredibly smart
Kindhearted and caring
Listens to the problem of others
THEME 1: Lucy's Booth
Lucy’s psychiatry booth is a parity of the lemonade stand’s which are operated by many young children in the United States.
Other characters come to wait to tell you see their problems. She responds by spouting useless advice.
The psychiatry booth is a prime example of the more adult oriented humor that the author incorporated into this comic strip Making it accessible to people of all ages.

Schulz original Peanuts cartoons with work from a wide range of acclaimed contemporary artists and designers who have been inspired by this highly influential and much-loved cartoon. Unique in its enduring appeal, this exhibition explores Peanuts’ renewed agency in contemporary culture and society.

SNOOPY
Snoopy: Charlie brown’s dog best friend, charlie brown taught him how to walk on 2 legs and to be very smart
He is a loyal funny happy dog
Lucy is annoyed by him cause she doesn’t believe that anyone can be that happy
But Snoopy just thinks she’s jealous cause she can’t be as happy as him
The only thing that annoys snoopy is lack of food.
